Richard is a fully qualified loft conversion carpenter and has been building loft conversions since 2001. Living in Brighton and working within a rough 20 miles radius, it is his small gesture for the environment.

Richard manages and builds every loft conversion himself, starting from a property visit, answering your important questions to help create a free and realistic estimate.

While building your loft conversion, whether it be a full or a part build, Richard uses his own personal choice of trusted trade sub-contractors e.g. electrician, plumber and plasterer.
Richard personally gives your project his 100% attention, right through to the clearing up. He will use your preferred form of communication either face to face, by email or by text.

2008 Richard completed the Velux Accreditation Course. He was on the installer list when it was free.

Richard has focused his expertise solely on carpentry and the structural elements of roof building. Mastering complex structures, he enjoys problem solving and creating more space from an existing unused area of the home.
Richard has noticed the changes in the loft conversion business over the years and keeps up to date with modern methods and technology to provide a well-engineered product through the design and drawing process.
