Walk in wardrobes in your Loft Conversion built by Jackson Lofts Brighton
Add in a made to measure wardrobes / storage spaces within the sloping eaves of your loft conversion. Some larger lofts allow enough space for a walk in wardrobe. Creating a very neat and tidy living space. This can all be discussed when plans are being drawn up.

Was: 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
Loft conversion: Hip to cable rear dormer.
Now: 4 bedrooms + 1 bedroom/office and 2 bathrooms.

I was also invited back to convert the little used sunroom into a kitchen/breakfast room which is now used every day!
This roof has been converted from a hip roof to a gable end roof. This increases the internal space substantially. This method of extending a roof increases the design possibilities.
For example on a semi detached house you could accommodate 2 bedrooms and a bathroom in the loft conversion.
It can also include a box dormer on the rear of the property.
The box dormer gives you room for larger windows, patio or bifold doors. Letting in more light to your room.
This is an attractive architectural feature of Sussex.
This addition to the roof allow head room for the staircase.
