1. Scaffolding goes up and materials arrive

2. Install steels and new floor structure

3. Build new roof structure

4. Install windows

5. 1st fix of electrics and plumbing

6. Insulation

7. Plaster boarding

8. Fit staircase

9. Plastering

10. 2nd fix of electrics, plumbing and wood work
