This is a loft ladder giving children access into a play room in the loft. No building regulations are required for this as no one is sleeping up there. Useful for very small landing / hall ways.

The cost depends on the size and requirements of the customer. When I make an initial visit to a customers house I listen to their needs and take measurements then I can produce an accurate quote.
I am very happy to give a ball park figure once most lofts are the same size and shape.

I am always asked this question and of course it varies on the size of your house. If it were an average, 3 bedroom terraced house, a dormer loft conversion including a master bedroom and with an en-suite bathroom, this would take between 6 to 8 weeks.
A Velux or eves loft conversion in an average 3 bedroom terraced house with a master bedroom and an en-suite bathroom would take between 5 to 6 weeks.
