Most loft conversion don’t require planning permission

If for example you have a Victorian terrace house, you should be able to have a loft conversion with a rear dormer. This may also allow space for a en-suite bathroom. Discuss this with Richard’s on his first visit to find out what you would like. He will then contact an architect for draft drawings.

How to get a loft conversion estimate…

  1. Contact Richard through his contact form below.
  2. Richard will visit you to look at your property and loft space, to discuss loft conversion requirements. A ‘ballpark’ estimate and availability will be given.
  3. Richard will then organise draft drawings from his Architect.
  4. When a design is agreed and a final estimate will be produced.
